I hope you can be friends with this guy, as he sounds quite nice, without him being a creeper and coming on to you all the time. The boyfriend's not being good about making contact? That sucks a lot - when you only have limited times when you can talk to/be with another person and they don't make the effort to be available. Still, he seems like a good guy to me?
